Questions
- Is this an official ChatGPT ranking?
- No. We record answers through the OpenAI API with web search, which is close to, but not the same as, what the ChatGPT app shows. Answers vary from run to run, so treat one run as indicative.
- Which AI engines do you test?
- ChatGPT today. We don't measure other AI engines yet, and the report says so.
- Do you change my store?
- Only with your approval. We prepare each change for you to review, nothing goes live until you approve it, and every change can be reversed.
- Which platforms do you work with?
- Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and others. If shoppers can reach your product pages, we can test and fix them.
- Do you guarantee rankings?
- No. Nobody controls what ChatGPT says. We fix what AI reads about your products and re-test to show what changed.
